Your first appointment with me will include a health history, assessments and soft tissue work. I will develop a treatment plan, which will include massage and body therapy work as well as stretching and exercises to support the tissue work.

Policies
• Late Arrivals – You are responsible for the full price of the session reserved for you regardless of how much time remains once you arrive.
• Cancellations – A minimum 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment is required. Late notices and “no shows” will be charged for the full session time.
